Pru16 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy
Please read this document carefully before using the pru16 platform. By registering for or using any pru16 service, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pru16 platform — whether through a web browser or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pru16 platform.
Users must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your state, to register for and use pru16's services. This platform is intended for adults only. pru16 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as an individual user and pru16 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to register one account on pru16. Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. pru16 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your login information to a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact pru16 customer support immediately.
Pru16 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
- Violating any condition set out in these Terms & Conditions.
- Using another person's account or sharing an account without authorisation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a pru16 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access, scrape data from, or interfere with the pru16 platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any systems, servers, or databases associated with pru16.
- Distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Engaging in any form of cheating, including attempts to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
Pru16 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Any violation may result in account suspension, account closure, and appropriate legal action.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the pru16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods supported by pru16, which may include online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other approved methods from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided for withdrawal purposes are accurate and registered in the same name as the pru16 account holder. pru16 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to pru16's current policies and may change without notice. All deposits credited to an account are final and non-refundable except under circumstances determined by pru16. Transaction processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
Pru16 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity while an investigation is carried out. Users will be notified of any such suspension through their registered communication channel.
5. Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Pru16 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. pru16 will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:
- Technical disruptions, system downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
- Data loss resulting from system failure or circumstances beyond pru16's control.
- Game outcomes that do not favour the user, as all games operate on certified random number generators.
- Actions or omissions by third parties providing supporting services to pru16.
All content on the pru16 platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface, software, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of pru16 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission from pru16.
The pru16 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. pru16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Pru16 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on the pru16 website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the pru16 platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by pru16 and, where necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
